Terms of service
These are the terms you agree to when you sign in to the Momentum Intelligence Trading Desk. They are written to be read. If something here is unclear, ask us before you rely on it rather than after.
1. Who we are, and what this is
The Momentum Intelligence Trading Desk (TMI) is developed and operated by Andromeda Genius LLC, of 5460 Babcock Rd, Suite 120 PMB 95234, San Antonio, TX 78240, United States. "We" is that company. "You" is the person signed in. "The desk" is the service.
The service was called TMI Trader until 18 September 2026; the name changed, nothing else did.
The founders and developers that built and work on TMI Trader are momentum small-cap day traders themselves.
The desk is an information service. It reports on publicly traded US equities: what is moving, what the filings underneath say, and what it does not know. That is the whole of what it does.
What you pay and when is in the Terms of sale.
2. Who may use it
- You must be 18 or older.
- Access is by purchase or by the free trial. You buy on our terms of sale, which also say how the free trial works. We can refuse a sale, and we can end access as section 9 says.
- The desk covers the US market and is offered to people trading it. We do not market it anywhere else.
- You sign in with a Google account, or with a link we email you. You need to be entitled to use that account or that email address.
3. Your account is yours alone
One person, one account. Do not share your sign-in, and do not let anyone else use the desk through it. If you think someone else has reached your account, tell us. A sign-in link works for whoever opens it. Do not forward it.
Your access is tied to the email address you sign in with, whether by Google or by link. It does not transfer to another person, another company, or another desk.
4. What we ask of you
Use the desk for your own trading decisions and research. Do not try to break it, overload it, get into parts of it you were not given, or work around any limit we have put in place. Do not use it to do anything unlawful, and do not use it to harm anyone else.
5. You may not redistribute what you see
This is the term that matters most, and it is here because of how the desk is supplied rather than because lawyers like the word.
Market data reaching this desk is licensed for one person's use: the operator's. What the desk shows you is built on it.
So: what you see is for you. You may not republish it, forward it, post it, stream it, broadcast it, sell it, or feed it to anyone or anything else. That includes screenshots, screen shares, recordings, copy-pasted rows, exports, and automated collection of any kind.
- No scraping, crawling, or automated access. Use the desk through its interface, as a person.
- No republishing in a room, a channel, a feed or a newsletter, paid or free.
- No reselling access, and no using the desk to run a service for other people.
Using what you learn to trade your own account is exactly what the desk is for. Passing on what it showed you is not.
6. What we do not promise
Availability. The desk is one operator's service, not a utility. It may be down, slow, or incomplete, including in the premarket, including on a morning you planned around it. We do not promise uptime and there is no service level here.
Accuracy. Market data may be delayed, wrong or missing. Filings may be misread. Classifications may be mistaken. The desk tells you when it does not know something, and that honesty is not the same as being right. Check anything you are about to act on.
Continuity. We may change what the desk does, or stop offering it.
7. Nothing here is advice
We are not a broker-dealer. We are not an investment adviser. We are not your fiduciary. The desk's grades and readings are the same for every reader. They are not advice tailored to you or your circumstances.
Every trading decision you make is yours. Trading low-float small-cap equities carries a substantial risk of loss, and you can lose more than you expect to. Past movement in any security does not guarantee what it will do next.
8. What belongs to whom
The desk (its interface, its wording, its classifications, and the judgements it renders) is ours. Signing in gives you permission to use it, not to own any part of it.
Public filings and market data belong to whoever they belong to; we claim no right over the underlying facts.
9. Ending it
You may stop at any time. Ask us and we will close your account. What happens to your data then is in the privacy policy.
We may end your access at any time, with or without a reason. Where we reasonably can, we will tell you first, except where the reason is a breach of section 5, where we may act immediately.
If we end your access and the reason is not your breach of these terms, we will make it right for the part of a plan you paid for and did not get.
10. If something goes wrong
Nothing in these terms limits liability where the law does not allow it to be limited, including for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
Subject to that: we are not liable for trading losses. Not for a decision you made using the desk, not for data that was wrong or late, not for the desk being unavailable when you wanted it. To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability to you for anything arising out of the desk is limited to the greater of (a) what you have paid us in the twelve months before the claim, and (b) US$100.
11. Changes to these terms
If we change something that matters, we will tell signed-in users by email before it takes effect, and change the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the desk after that is how you accept the change. Minor corrections (a typo, a clearer sentence) are made without notice, and the history of this file is kept.
12. Law, and where disputes go
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas and the United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes go to the state or federal courts located in Bexar County, Texas, and you and we both agree to those courts.
There is no arbitration clause and no class-action waiver, which is a deliberate choice rather than an omission. If you have a dispute with us, you can take it to a court.
13. Contact
desk@tmitrader.com reaches a person, not a queue.
